智能照明控制系統本(ben)(ben)方(fang)案采用STC12C5A08AD 作為MCU控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi),STC12C5A08AD 是新一代單(dan)片機,采用第6 代保(bao)密技術(shu),程序燒寫后無(wu)法解密,增強了保(bao)密功(gong)(gong)能。速度(du)比普通的(de)8051單(dan)片機快(kuai)(kuai)8~12 倍,內建4 個16 位定時器(qi),功(gong)(gong)耗比較低。MCU 的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)號通過光耦控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)可控(kong)(kong)硅來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)燈具(ju)的(de)明(ming)亮程度(du),在強電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)接口加(jia)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)流檢測(ce)回路,檢測(ce)強電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)大小(xiao),用作檢測(ce)反饋。通訊方(fang)式(shi)采用2.4G 無(wu)線通信(xin)模塊(kuai),無(wu)需布線,降低成本(ben)(ben),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)靈(ling)活,遙控(kong)(kong)范圍廣(guang),通訊速度(du)快(kuai)(kuai)。本(ben)(ben)方(fang)案一共可以控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)12 路燈具(ju),適用于家(jia)庭照明(ming)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
智能照明系統用于2.4GHz 通訊的通用芯片常見的有挪威Nordic 公司的nRF2401無線芯片模組,以色列RFWave 公司的RFW102 無線芯片模組等[5].根據設計需求及成本考慮,本設計中采用Nordic 公司的nRF2401進行無線數據傳輸。智能照明系(xi)統nRF2401 是(shi)一個單片(pian)無(wu)線收發一體芯片(pian),工作在2.4GHz ISM 頻(pin)(pin)段,完(wan)全集成功(gong)(gong)率(lv)合成器(qi)、功(gong)(gong)率(lv)放大器(qi)、晶體振蕩器(qi)和調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。采(cai)用(yong)QFN24 5×5 毫米封裝,應用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路使(shi)用(yong)外(wai)圍元件少(見圖2);采(cai)用(yong)FSK 調(diao)制方式,125 個頻(pin)(pin)道,能滿(man)足多頻(pin)(pin)及(ji)跳頻(pin)(pin)需要;傳輸(shu)速(su)率(lv)高達1Mbps,具(ju)有(you)高數據吞吐量;功(gong)(gong)耗(hao)低(di),電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓1.9V~3.6V 滿(man)足低(di)功(gong)(gong)耗(hao)設計需要;芯片(pian)內部設有(you)專門穩壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,使(shi)用(yong)各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)包括DC/DC 開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)均有(you)較好的通信效果(guo)。
